摘  要:较之传统手工测量技术,三维激光扫描技术具有高精度、高效、高密度数据获取的优势,是古建筑精密三维数据采集的重要手段。分析了三维激光扫描数据采集的几种不同方法,结合工作经验,对大型古建筑精密三维数据采集的特点进行详细阐述,并对作业流程中的扫描方法选择、扫描站点布设、数据存储与管理等关键问题进行探讨,同时给出一些参考建议。在虎丘塔扫描工程实践中,通过调整仪器架设方法、监测风速影响及运用远程操控设备等多种措施,保证了数据采集的精度。经过点云赋色、点云拼接、点云去噪等内业处理后,获取了塔身完整的点云模型,利用高精度全站仪TM50进行精度检核,结果表明,点云模型的整体精度为±11.2mm。Compared with traditional manual measurement, three dimensional laser scanning technology has the advantages of high precision, high efficiency, high density data acquisition, which is an important technical means for three dimensional data acquisition of ancient buildings. By this, several different methods of three dimensional laser scanning data acquisition are analyzed. Combined with work experience, the characteristics of precision three dimensional data acquisition of large-scale ancient buildings are expounded, and the scanning method selection, scanning station layout, data storage and management and other key issues were discussed. What is more, it also gives some reference suggestions. In the practice of Tiger-Hill tower scanning project, by adjusting the instrument erection method, monitoring the impact of wind speed and the use of remote control equipment and other measures to ensure the accuracy of data collection, through point cloud color, point cloud splicing, and point cloud denoising, the whole point cloud model of the tower is obtained, and the precision is checked by TM50. The result shows that the overall accuracy of the point cloud model is ±11.2 mm.
