摘 要:利用ArcGIS软件,基于统一的空间参考框架、命名规则、属性项定义,对浙江省沿海地区28类海洋灾害承灾体调查数据以点、线、面的方式进行空间化,并建立数据库。基于该数据库成果,结合GIS技术,采用基于WebService的SOA架构,实现了具备海洋承载体数据查询、定位、统计和路径分析等功能的应用系统,为海洋部门的日常管理、应急决策和地区发展规划等提供了信息支撑。通过将海洋承灾体专业信息与地理信息进行整合,大幅度提高了承灾体数据的位置精度和隐患分析的准确性、科学性。通过网络GIS技术,利用可视化的方式进行系统集成,为海洋承灾体数据成果展示和分析应用提供了更加丰富的手段。Based on the unified spatial reference framework, naming rules and attribute definition, the data of 28 kinds of marine disaster-bearing bodies in coastal areas of Zhejiang province were spatialized by point, line and area, and the database was established by using ArcGIS software. Based on the database, combined with GIS technology, it implemented the application system using WebService and SOA architecture to realize the functions of data query, location, statistics and path analysisof marine disaster-bearing bodies. It is used to provide information support for daily management, emergency decision and regional development planning of marine department. By integrating the professional information of the marine disaster- bearing body with the geographic information, the location precision of disaster-bearing body and the accuracy, scientificity of hazard analysis resultsare greatly improved. By the means of webGIS and system integration by visualization technology, the method for marine disaster-bearing body display and its analysis as well as application could be more abundant.
