摘　　要：目的:观察针刺前臂反应点对腰椎间盘突出症急性腰腿痛的即时止痛效果。方法:将60例急性期腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予针刺前臂反应点,对照组则针刺腰腿部穴位,观察两组止痛效果。结果:治疗组NRS评分、Oswestry评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:针刺前臂反应点对腰椎间盘突出症急性腰腿痛的止痛效果显著,优于普通体针治疗,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the immediate analgesic effect of forearm reaction points acupuncture on the acute lumbocrural pain of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 60 cases of acute lumbar disc herniation patients were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, the treatment group received forearm reaction points acupuncture, while control group received leg ministry acupoints acupuncture, observed the analgesic effect of the two groups. Results： The improvement of NRS score and Oswestry score of treatment group were both significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The analgesic effect of forearm reaction points acupuncture on acute lumbocrural pain of lumbar disc herniation is significant, which is better than that of conventional body acupuncture, deserves clinical promotion and application.
