摘　　要：我国工程造价管理正由"粗放型"的单一阶段向"精细化"的全过程造价管理转变,相应的对人才培养提出新的要求。分析我国工程造价管理人员存在的不足,阐述全过程精细化工程造价管理的内涵及具体的人才培养要求;基于高校的角度,从培养规格、专业课程体系、实践与创新体系等三个方面,探讨全过程精细化工程造价管理人才的培养模式。Chinese engineering cost management is transiting from ＂extensive＂ unitary type to ＂refi ned＂ whole process,correspondingly proposes new requirements on talent cultivation. This paper analyzes the weaknesses of engineering cost managers,illustrates the connotation of whole-process refi ned engineering cost management and specific requirements of talent cultivation. Then,discusses the corresponding talent cultivation mode in terms of cultivation standards,professional curricula system,as well as practice and innovation system from the perspective of colleges.
