摘　　要：保险资金投资种业对于提高保险资金运用水平和促进种业发展具有重要的现实意义。本文首先系统地论证了保险资金投资种业的可行性,然后在借鉴国内外实践经验的基础上对保险资金投资种业的路径即信托、债权、基金、贷款、股票以及与种业平台合作等模式进行了归结研究,并从风险管控、增值共生、环境保障等三个角度进行了机制设计,最后提出了相应的政策建议,以期为保险资金投资种业提供理论借鉴与决策参考。Insurance funds invest seed industry both to improve the level of use insurance funds and promote the development of seed industry has important practical significance. Firstly,this paper demonstrates the feasibility of investing insurance capital to seed industry,After that,proposes effective ways of investing insurance capital to seed industry,that is the way of trust,bond,fund,loan,stock and cooperation with the third seed industry platform. Additionally,this paper also proposes mechanism designs from the perspective of risk control,value-added symbiosis,environment protection so to provide references for expanding the investing channels and improving the capital utilization.
