摘 要:主要研究简易高粘度液体增压抽滤装置。装置采用上加压、下抽滤的原理,可利用任何惰性气体加压,若加压要求不高时也可利用普通打气筒打气实现,液体储罐内的压力与下方抽真空的储罐之间形成较大压差,促进高粘度液体的过滤,解决了实验室小试实验高粘度液体的过滤难题,装置的支架高度还可根据要求进行调整。本装置可用于高校的实验室及科研机构实验室小试中高粘度液体的过滤。Simple pressurized suction filtration device for high viscosity liquid has been developed. The device adopts the principle of pressurization in the upper side and suction filtration in the lower side, and any inert gas can be used in the pressurization; when pressurization requirement is not high, a common pump can also be used to achieve it. A larger pressure difference is formed between the liquid storage tank and the vacuumized tank, to promote the filtration of high viscosity liquid, which can solve the filtering problem of high viscosity fluid in laboratory-scale experiments. In addition, the device's bracket height can be adjusted according to the requirements. This device can be used in the filtration of high viscosity liquid in the laboratory of universities and lab-scale experiments of research institutions.
