摘　　要：2016年,全球矿业逐步走出衰退阴影,基本结束了下行探底的过程,呈现企稳回升的良好态势。主要表现为:一是全球矿业指数有所回升,矿业活动明显回暖;二是主要矿产品价格完成筑底过程,价格上涨趋势较为明显;三是初级和中级矿业公司融资困难有所缓解,矿业并购活动趋于活跃。2017年,国际矿业市场有望率先复苏,国内矿业市场受需求增长放缓,供给侧改革等因素影响,仍保持趋冷态势。需要指出的是,全球矿业复苏进程还将取决于世界经济整体走势及各主要经济体发展情况。In 2016,the global mining industry had gradually got out of the shadow of recession,basically reached the bottom of this down swing,and begun to show some signs of steady recovery,mainly as follows：firstly,the global mining index rebounded,mining activities leapt back to life;secondly,the price of major mineral products bottomed out,showed a significant rise;thirdly,financing difficulty for junior and intermediate mining companies was eased some what,and mining M＆A activities were picking up.In 2017,the international mining market is expected to take the leading recovery,while the domestic mining market is likely to remain cooling under the influence of the slow down in demand growth,the supply-side reform,and other factors.It should be noted that the global mining recovery process will also depend on the overall trend of the world economy and the development of major economies.
