摘 要:对小功率电源进行优化设计,可以提高小功率电源的使用性能。进行小功率电源设计时,换能器的谐振频率容易发生漂移,需要对漂移现象进行消除,但是传统方法忽略了谐振频率漂移对于电源设计的影响,降低了电源设计的效果,提出一种基于数字技术的小功率电源优化设计方法。上述方法融合于法拉第定律设计超声波频段的超音频交流感应电压,计算出在电感量不变情况下原边感应电压上升和下降量,将电源中的市电电压转换时间设置成固定的常数,将电源单体上的任务调度依据电压的下降次数进行调整,消除了换能器的谐振频率的漂移现象,完成了对小功率电源优化设计。仿真结果表明,所提方法设计效果好,设计的电源具有频率误差小、功耗低、使用灵活等特点,可以较好的适应小功率工作要求。In this paper,we proposed an optimization design method of small power supply based on the digital technique. Firstly, the we designed the ultra - audio frequency AC induction voltage of ultrasonic frequency band integrated with Faradays law and worked out the rising and declining quantity of primary side induced voltage. Then,we set the transfer time of electric supply voltage as the fixed constant and adjusted the task scheduling on power monomer according to the declining number of voltage. Finally, we eliminated the resonant frequency drifting phenomenon, transduced and completed the optimization design of small power supply. The simulation results show that the method has better design effect. The designed power supply has small frequency error, low power consumption, and flexible usage. It can better adapt the job requirement of small power.
