摘　　要：目的了解小学高年级学生和初、高中学生的恋爱态度及恋爱情况,探讨其影响因素,为青少年恋爱预防提出对策。方法于2014年9月对浙江省杭州市萧山区小学、初中和高中的1 920名学生进行自填式问卷调查。结果共回收有效问卷1 785份,对中学生恋爱持反对态度的比例占49.08%,其中高中生反对的比例(26.08%)低于小学生(58.62%)和初中生(62.85%);7.23%的调查对象表示恋爱过,主要为高中生,占17.61%,但小学生中有恋爱行为的比例亦占0.69%。多因素逐步logistic回归分析显示,高中生和初中生恋爱风险高于小学生,高中生恋爱风险高于初中生;父亲文化程度和对恋爱的态度对学生的恋爱行为有影响。结论应从小学高年级开始关注学生的恋爱问题,对恋爱持赞成或无所谓态度的学生是重点干预对象。Objective To examine the status and influencing factors of the attitude and behavior about having a love affair among senior grade pupils and high school students, and to provide evidences for relevant interventions. Methods In September 2014, a total of 1 920 students from elementary, middle and high schools in a district of Hangzhou city of Zhejiang province were surveyed with a self-administered questionnaire. Results Among the 1785 students with eligible response, the proportion of opposition toward having a love affair was 49. 08 % and the proportion was lower among sen- ior high school students （26. 08% ） than among senior grade pupils （58.62%） and junior high school students （62. 85 % ）. Of all the students, 7.23 % reported the experience of having a love affair and there were 17.61% of the senior high school students reporting the experience but 0. 69% of senior grade pupils reporting the experience. The resuits of stepwise multivariate logistic analysis revealed that the risk of having a love affair was higher among high school students than among senior grade pupils and the risk was higher among senior high school students than among junior high school students; the results also showed that the father＇s education and the attitude towards having a love affair were influencing factors for the students＇ attitude and behavior about having a love affair. Conclusion The problem of having a love affair among students should be mentioned among senior grade pupils, especially among those with approval or negligent attitude towards the problem.
