摘 要:太湖流域某电镀园区污水处理厂提标改造工程采用强化预处理(Fenton氧化)、增加生化处理(水解+A/O)、提升深度处理(粉末活性炭+滤布滤池)的改造思路,经过一年的实际运行,各项出水指标均达到了《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900—2008)特别排放限值标准及《太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》(DB 32/1072—2007)标准,解决了当地园区发展的瓶颈,有效改善了当地的水环境,对类似电镀园区污水处理厂的改造具有一定的参考意义。The reconstruction ideas of enhanced pretreatment with Fenton oxidation, biochemical treatment with hydrolysis and A/O, and advanced treatment with powdered activated carbon and cloth fil- ter were used in the upgrading and reconstruction project of an electroplating industrial park wastewater treatment plant in the Taihu basin. After one-year actual operation, all the indexes could meet the special emission limits in the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Electroplating ( GB 21900 -2008 ) and the Dis- charge Standard of Main Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant & Key Industries of Taihu Area ( DB 32/1072 - 2007). The bottleneck of the local park development was solved, and the local water environment was improved effectively. The project has certain reference significance for recon- struction of similar electroplating industrial park wastewater treatment plants.
