摘  要:目的观察单节段Mobi-C人工间盘置换术后颈椎曲度、活动度的变化。方法 2012-07-2015-01我院行22例单节段Mobi-C人工间盘置换术,年龄27-55岁,平均42.3岁,置换节段C_(4-5)5例,C_(5-6)10例,C_(6-7)7例。测量术前及末次随访时颈椎曲度和活动度。结果随访时间3-26个月,平均9.3个月。术后颈椎整体曲度和置换节段局部曲度均较术前改善:颈椎整体曲度术前(0.91±9.77)°,术后(4.91±10.67)°,脊柱功能单位角术前(0.23±5.17)°,术后(5.73±4.45)°,置换节段前柱高度术前(34.07±3.29)mm,术后(35.73±3.46)mm,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。末次随访时,颈椎整体活动度、置换节段活动度、相邻节段活动度较术前差异均无统计学意义。结论Mobi-C置换术后颈椎整体曲度和置换节段局部曲度均较术前改善,保留了置换节段活动度,相邻节段活动度无明显增大。Objective To investigate the cervical lordosis and range of motion after single segment Mobi-C artificial disc replacement. Methods 22 cases who received single segment Mobi-C artificial disc replacement surgery were selected from July 2012 to January 2015 in our hospital. The patients' age ranged from 27 to 55 years (mean 42.3 years). The replacement level included C4-5 (5 cases), C5-6(10 cases), C6-7(7 cases). The cervical lordosis and range of motion were measured before surgery and at the end of follow-up. Results The follow-up period was 3 to 26 months, with average of 9.3 months. The lordosis of operation level and total cervical spine were improved. The total cervical spine lordosis was (0.91 ±9.77)° preoperatively and (4.91±10.67)° postoperatively. The functional spinal unit angle was (0.23±5.17)° preoperatively and (73±4.45)° postoperatively. The height of anterior column of operation level was (34.07±3.29) mm of baseline, (35.73±3.46) mm at final follow-up. These results were statistically significant (P〈0.05). The final follow-up ROM of total cervical spine, ROM of replacement level and ROM of adjacent level compared with preoperation, the differences were not statistically significant. Conclusion After Mobi-C artificial disc replacement surgery ,the lordosis of operation level and total cervical spine were improved compared with preoperation. The ROM of replacement segment were retained, and the ROM of adjacent segments were not significantly increased.
