摘  要:分析了山西产山茱萸长大红枣、中石磙枣、圆铃枣、小石磙枣和短石磙枣5种果型果实的发育规律及其采收期主要成分的变化规律。对山茱萸果实的发育过程进行了定期、定点观察、分析,对采收期果肉中的主要药用成分马钱苷和鞣质含量、含水量的测定结果表明:山西产山茱萸果实纵径的增加表现为"S"型生长曲线,横径和单果重的发育进程表现为"双S"型生长曲线。不同果型的山茱萸果实中主要成分的含量存在差异。由此可知,在5种果型的山西产山茱萸果实中,小石磙枣、短石磙枣和圆铃枣3种类型均为药材生产适合的栽培类型,其中小石磙枣是优良的栽培类型;长大红枣是适合于园林观赏的类型。The fruit development process and rule of five kinds of dogwood (Changdahongzao, Zhongshigunzao, Yuanlingzao, Xiaoshigunzao and Duanshigunzao) in Shanxi were studied through timed and fixed-point observations, and the changes in main component (loganin, tannin, and water) content in their fruits at harvest stage were tested and analyzed. It was found that the increase in the longitudinal diameter of dogberries revealed a "S" type growth curve, and the transverse diameter and single-fruit weight performance a double "S" type growth curve. There were differences in the main component content in fruits among various fruit-type dogwood varieties. In conclusion, among 5 dogwood varieties, Yuanlingzao, Duanshigunzao and Xiaoshigunzao ( especially the latter) were suitable to be cultivated for the production of medicinal material; Changdahongzao belonged to landscape ornamental type.
