摘 要:通过盆栽试验,研究了不同供钾水平对不同品种金盏花幼苗生长特性和酶活性的影响。结果表明:不同品种金盏花的株高、茎鲜重、茎干重、叶鲜重、叶干重均随着施钾量的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势,在150 kg/hm2K处理下均较高;保护酶POD、CAT的活性均随着施钾量的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势,SOD的活性则呈先下降后上升的趋势;MDA的含量随钾素浓度的增加而减少,可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量随钾素浓度的增加而呈上升趋势。The effects of different potassium application rates on the growth characteristics and enzymatic activity of seedlings of different Calendula officinalis varieties were studied through pot tests. The results showed that: when the application rate of potassium increased, the plant height, stem fresh weight, stem dry weight, leaf fresh weight, and leaf dry weight of different calendula varieties all increased first and then decreased, and they were relatively high in the treatment of 150 kg/hm2 potassium supply ; along with the increase in the application rate of potassium, the activity of POD and CAT revealed the trend of rising first and then declining, while the activity of SOD reduced first and then increased; the MDA content decreased, and the contents of soluble protein and proline increased with the increase in the application rate of potassium.
