摘  要:通过阐明不同施肥下甘薯光合特性及产量变化的差异,为建立合理施肥模式、促进潮土区甘薯稳产高产提供科学依据。以潮土区长期定位试验为研究平台,利用4个不同处理:不施肥(CK)、单施化肥(NPK)、单施有机肥(M)、有机无机肥配施(MNPK),分析甘薯光合特性及产量变化对施肥模式的响应。结果表明:与CK处理相比,施肥处理(NPK、M、MNPK)显著提高了叶绿素含量、光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度,其中施肥处理中以MNPK处理效果最为显著。在产量方面,与CK相比,施肥处理均能显著提高单株结薯数、单薯重量以及块根产量,且处理NPK和MNPK的产量均显著高于M处理的,但前两者间差异不显著,这说明在施用化肥基础上增施有机肥对甘薯产量增加不显著。A long-term location experiment was conducted to study the effects of different fertilization modes on the photosynthetic characteristics and yield of sweet potato in fluvo-aquic soil, in order to provide scientific references for establishing the opti- mal fertilization pattern and promoting the sustainable production of sweet potato. This experiment was designed with four treat- ments: no fertilization (CK), single application of chemical fertilizer (NPK), pure organic manure application (M), combined application of organic manure and chemical fertilizer (MNPK). The results showed that: in comparison with the CK, the fertiliza- tion treatments (NPK, M, MNPK) could significantly increase the chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, stomatal conduct- ance, and intercellular CO2 concentration of sweet potato, and MNPK treatment had the best effects. As for the yield and yield traits of sweet potato, as compared with the CK, all fertilization treatments could significantly enhance the number of root tuber per plant, single-tuber weight and root tuber yield, and the root tuber yield in the treatments NPK and MNPK was significantly higher than that in the treatment M, but there was no significant difference in root tuber yield between the former two treatments, suggesting that the supplementary application of organ manure on the basis of chemical fertilizer application had no significant yield-in- creasing effect on sweet potato.
