摘　　要：在"21世纪海上丝绸之路"建设中,科技与流通领域的发展具有重要意义,通过科技创新与现代物流,提升企业竞争力,推动产业升级,促进国际贸易,降低各方成本,深化合作领域,创造经济效益,实现"一带一路"战略丰富内涵。基于"海上丝绸之路"10个重点省、市、自治区2011—2014年面板数据,通过因子分析,比较各因子及综合得分,研究其科技创新能力和物流发展水平,通过回归分析,探讨科技创新与物流发展的内在联系,并提出相应建议,为各地立足自身特色、加快科技进步、壮大物流产业、实现两者协同发展、扩大竞争合作优势提供新的思路。In the construction of ＂Maritime Silk Road of the Twenty-first Century＂, it has important significance to the develop- ment of science and technology and circulation, through the technological innovation and modern logistics, it is to enhance the competi- tiveness of enterprises, promote industrial upgrading, promote international trade, reduce the cost of the parties, deepen cooperation, create economic benefits, realize rich connotation of ＂the Belt and Road＂ strategy. Based on panel data of 10 key provinces, munici- palities and autonomous regions along the ＂Maritime Silk Road＂, it compares the factors and comprehensive score, studies the ability of technological innovation and the level of logistics development, through the regression analysis, this study discusses the internal rela- tions between scientific and technological innovation and logistics development, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions, for the provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions based on their own characteristics, speeds up scientific and technological progress, and strengthens the logistics industry and achieve the coordinated development of both, so as to expand cooperation and competition advantage to provide a new way of thinking.
