摘  要:秸秆等生物质燃料收购价格过高始终是影响国内生物质发电厂效益的重要原因。传统秸秆收购模式中普遍存在农户出售秸秆的积极性不高,机械化程度低,收购率低等问题。考虑到生物质燃料特殊的能源商品属性,文章基于"流程再造"思维,通过"协助收割"等服务刺激农户出售秸秆的积极性,并优化秸秆收割环节和储运环节,提高机械化使用率和秸秆收购率。通过建立成本估算模型和案例计算,对新方案的成本进行估算和变动分析,从经济性角度为收购生物质燃料的相关人员提供参考依据和估算方法。The high price of biomass fuel such as straw is the main reason that affects the benefit of domestic biomass power plant, and the enthusiasm of farmers to sell straw in the process of traditional straw purchase pattern is not so high, and the same as the degree of mechanization. Taking the special energy commodity attribute of the biomass fuel into account and based on the process reengineering thinking, this paper stimulates farmers' enthusiasm of selling straw by using the service measures such as assisting to harvest and optimizing the process of straw harvest、storage and transportation.. The established estimation model and case calculation can give a good explain to the cost of the new scheme,which provide the reference basis and estimation methods for the relevant decision management personnel of straw procurement from the perspective of economy.
