摘　　要：实习实训可以激发学生学习激情,加深对专业理论知识的理解,更好地发挥学生的主观能动性,提高教学质量,从而培养高素质应用型人才。建立实习实践基地对西部地方性高校来说是非常必要的,实习实践基地建设中也存在着问题,影响到学生实践能力的提高和人才培养目标的实现。探索适合西部地方性高校实习实践基地建设原则和思路,充分发挥其作用,提高学生应用知识的能力,进一步推动地方高校建设应用型本科院校转型发展。Internship training can stimulate students＇ learning passion, deepen their understanding of professional theoretical knowledge, give full play to their subjective initiative and improve the teaching quality, so as to cultivate high-quality applied talents. It is very necessary for the local universities in the western regions to establish the internship practice base. However, there are also problems in the construction of practice base, which affect the improvement of the students＇ practical ability and the realization of the personnel training objectives. This paper explores the construction principles and ideas for the practice base, which is suitable for local colleges in the western region, gives full play to its role, improves students＇ knowledge application ability, and further promotes the transformation and development of application-oriented colleges.
