摘　　要：通过对瑞典、芬兰、英国、美国、日本等发达国家困境儿童保障经验进行阐释,归纳出国外困境儿童保障的经验有如下特点:给予立法保障;提供资金、服务和设施保障;推行家庭寄养制度;完善儿童福利体系;设立社会服务机构。The experience of child support in such developed countries as Sweden, Finland, Britain, America, and Japan, is summarized as follows： legislative guarantee, capital, service and facility guarantee, family foster system, child welfare system, the establishment of social service agencies all contribute to their success.
