摘 要:目的:分析讨论骨搬运技术应用在基层医院胫骨骨缺损患者治疗中的临床效果。方法:本组选择2014年8月-2016年8月在本院接受治疗的86例胫骨骨缺损患者作为观察对象,依照随机双盲法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组43例。其中,对照组采用单臂外固定架手术治疗,试验组采用骨搬运技术治疗。结果:患者经过临床治疗后,对两组胫骨骨缺损患者的临床疗效进行评估,其中对照组的优良率为76.74%,试验组患者的优良率为93.02%,试验组患者的临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨搬运技术应用在基层医院胫骨骨缺损患者治疗中疗效显著,对于骨愈合、重建下肢肢体长度、骨延长速度以及重建下肢肢体功能等方面具有着至关重要的作用,确保了患者早日恢复健康,在临床中值得广泛推广应用。Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of bone transportation technology in the treatment of tibial bone defect on primary hospital.Method:86 cases of tibial bone defect were selected in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random double blind method,43 cases in each group.The control group was given unilateral external fixation,the experiment group adopted the treatment of bone transport technique.Result:After treatment,evaluated the tibial bone defect clinical efficacy of two groups,the excellent rate of control group was 76.74%,the excellent rate of experiment group was 93.02%,the clinical curative effect of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:With bone transport technique application effect on the primary hospital of tibia bone defect in the treatment of patients with significant for bone healing,reconstruction of lower limb length,bone lengthening rate and reconstruction of lower extremity function plays a crucial role in ensuring the early recovery of patients,it is worthy of popularization in clinical application.
