摘　　要：针对关键零件采购、送修成本高,维修业务量少等制约压缩机组维检修中心持续发展的瓶颈问题,提出掌握零件深度修理技术并不断拓展市场的应对策略。从3个方面解决维修技术深度发展问题:1按照业务需求,逐步实现授权维修技术;2授权与自主研发两手准备,发展冷端零件维修技术;3跟踪技术进展,联合发展热端关键件维修技术。从6个方面解决维修业务拓展问题:1发展两型燃气轮机动力透平的维修业务;2开展两型燃气轮机DLE型燃气发生器大修;3扩大LM2500+市场维修范围;4开展Solar燃气轮机维修;5开展新机组装业务;6开展对外服务业务。最后提出从使用PMA件和国产化零部件2个方面降低零部件采购成本,为实现压缩机组维检修中心可持续发展提供指导。The high purchase and maintenance costs of key parts and the less maintenance business are the bottleneck problems that restrict the sustainable development of Compressor-Set Maintenance, Repair ＆ Overhaul Center. In order to solve these problems, it is proposed to grasp accurate parts maintenance techniques and expand the market continuously. The deep development of maintenance techniques can be realized from three aspects. First, fulfill the authorized maintenance techniques gradually according to the business requirements. Second, develop the cold-end parts maintenance techniques by means of authorized and independent technology research and development. And third, follow up technology progress and develop hot-end key parts maintenance techniques comprehensively. The maintenance business can be expanded from six aspects. First, develop maintenance business on power turbines of two-type gas turbine. Second, perform overhaul on DLE gas generator of two-type gas turbine. Third, expand the maintenance scope of LM2500＋. Fourth, perform maintenance on Solar gas turbines. Fifth, carry out assembly business on new gas turbines. And sixth, carry out foreign services. Finally, it was recommended to reduce the purchase cost of parts using PMA parts and manufacturing the parts domestically. This paper is of great significance for the sustainable development of Compressor-Set Maintenance, Repair ＆ Overhaul Center. （23 References）
