摘 要:目的回顾性分析我院互助献血与无偿献血的血液免疫四项(HBs Ag、Anti-HCV、Anti-TP、Anti-HIV)情况,为进一步评价不同献血目的人群的血液传播疾病风险提供依据。方法对我院2015年1月至11月所采集的29935例献血者的免疫四项检测结果进行回顾性分析,根据献血者种类将献血者分为无偿献血组与互助献血组,对两组献血者的免疫四项结果的阴阳性分别进行统计分析。结果互助献血组14940例,免疫四项结果不合格628例,在同组人数中占比4.20%。其中,HBs Ag、Anti-HCV、Anti-TP、Anti-HIV不合格率分别为2.23%、0.72%、1.14%、0.10%。无偿献血组14995例,免疫四项结果不合格154例,在同组人数中占比1.03%。其中,HBs Ag、Anti-HCV、Anti-TP、Anti-HIV不合格率分别为0.23%、0.42%、0.35%、0.02%。互助献血组与无偿献血组的总不合格率、HBs Ag不合格率以及Anti-TP不合格率差异均具有统计学意义。结论互助献血来源的血液安全性远低于无偿献血来源的血液。Objective To compare results of serological four items( HBs Ag,Anti-HCV,Anti-TP and AntiHIV) in serum by ELISA between mutual aid blood donors and volunteer blood donors in our hospital,in order to provide a basis for further evaluating the risk of blood borne diseases in different blood donors.Methods We reviewed 29935 blood donors' results for determination of the serological four items in our hospital collected from January 2015 to November and retrospectively analyzed. According to the types of blood donors,the blood donors were divided into voluntary blood donation group and mutual aid group.Then the negative and positive results of the serological four items in two groups were statistically analyzed.Results There were 14940 cases of blood donors in the mutual aid blood donation group,628 cases of which were unqualified,accounted for 4. 20%. The failure rates of HBs Ag,Anti-HCV,Anti-TP and Anti-HIV were 2. 23%,0. 72%,1. 14% and 0. 10% respectively. M eanwhile,there were 14995 cases of blood donors in the voluntary blood donation group,154 cases of which were unqualified by results of the serological four items,accounted for 1. 35%. The failure rates of HBs Ag,Anti-HCV,Anti-TP and AntiHIV were 0. 23%,0. 42%,0. 35% and 0. 02% respectively. The total failure rate and the unqualified rates of HBs Ag and Anti-TP had statistically significance between the mutual aidblood donation group and the voluntary blood donation group. Conclusion Blood safety from mutual blood donation seemed to be much lower than the voluntary blood donation.
