摘 要:为了检验新型预制装配式混凝土构件嵌入式对接连接中约束垫层混凝土在拌和物状态下是否可以承受装配施工产生的压力作用,通过试验研究了约束垫层混凝土拌和物的短期受压性能,得到了不同厚度约束垫层混凝土拌和物的应力-应变-沉降量关系曲线,建立了随厚度变化的应力-应变关系经验模型。通过与成熟混凝土对比,分析了约束垫层混凝土拌和物的受压性能;通过对受压过程中水分流失情况的分析,讨论了约束垫层混凝土拌和物后期强度发展。结果表明:约束垫层混凝土拌和物具有良好的、可控的短期受压性能,能够满足装配施工需求。In order to test whether the restrained cushion concrete in new type embedded connection of precast assembling concrete members could bear the compression force caused by assembly construction, the short-term compression performance of restrained cushion concrete mixture was studied through the tests, and the stress-strain-settlement curves of the restrained cushion concrete mixture with different thicknesses were obtained, then the stress-strain empirical model varied with different thicknesses was built. By comparing with the matured concrete, the compression performance of restrained cushion concrete mixture was analyzed. By analyzing the water loss in the process of compression, the development of the compressive strength of restrained cushion concrete mixture was discussed. The result shows that restrained cushion concrete mixture has a nice and controllable short-term compression performance, and can satisfy the requirement of assembling construction.
