摘 要:目的研究生化检验在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取2014年7月-2015年12月在本院确诊的糖尿病肾病患者60例,作为观察组;另选同期在本院体检健康者60例,作为对照组。两组均进行生化检验,检测指标包括C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清胱抑素(Cys C)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb Al C)、尿素蛋白/尿肌酐(UALB/Cr)、尿蛋白。结果对照组CRP为(1.6±0.5)mg/L、Cys C为(0.8±0.3)mg/L、Hb Al C为(5.2±0.6)%、UALB/Cr为(4.4±1.7)mg/g、RBP为(40.5±3.3)mg/L。观察组CRP为(8.9±3.2)mg/L、Cys C为(1.8±0.7)mg/L、Hb Al C为(7.9±0.3)%、UALB/Cr为(65.7±6.6)mg/g、RBP为(84.5±10.3)mg/L。对比上述生化指标,观察组水平高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论生化指标检测对早期糖尿病肾病有非常重要的诊断价值。Objective To explore the clinical application value of biochemical test in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods From July 2014 to December 2015, 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients were diagnosed as the observation group in our hospital; 60 cases in healthy subjects as control group. Biochemical tests were performed in the two groups. The indexes included C reactive protein(CRP), serum cystatin(Cys C), glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb Al C), urea protein /creatinine(UALB/Cr), urinary protein. Results The CRP in control group was(1.6±0.5) mg/L, Cys C(0.8±0.3) mg/L, Hb Al C was(5.2±0.6)%, UALB/Cr was(4.4±1.7) mg/g, RBP was(40.5±3.3) mg/L. The CRP in observation group was(8.9±3.2) mg/L, Cys C was(1.8±0.7) mg/L, Hb Al C was(7.9±0.3)%, UALB/Cr was(65.7±6.6) mg/g, RBP was(84.5±10.3) mg/L. Compared with the above biochemical indicators, the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The detection of biochemical indexes has important diagnostic value for early diabetic nephropathy.
