异位胃黏膜核素显像诊断小儿下消化道出血的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究与分析异位胃黏膜核素显像诊断小儿下消化道出血的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院自2014年6月-2016年6月收治的小儿下消化道出血80例临床资料,观察该组患儿经过99Tcm-高得酸盐多时相显像的结果。结果 55例异位黏膜显像为阳性,阳性率为68.75%(55/80),其中包含2例可疑病例,经过第2次显像检查提示为阳性,占2.50%。其中60例患儿进行了手术治疗,占75.00%,包含了55例异位黏膜显像为阳性以及5例异位黏膜显像阴性患儿,占6.25%(5/80)。结论通过利用放射性核素的特征性影像可为异位胃黏膜核素显像诊断小儿下消化道出血提供有力的应用价值。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of ectopic gastric mucosa radionuclide imaging in the diagnosis of lower digestive tract hemorrhage in children. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016, 80 cases of lower gastrointestinal bleeding in children with clinical data were analyzed, observed in this group of children after 99Tcm-high acid salt multi-phase imaging results. Results 55 cases of ectopic mucosal imaging were positive, the positive rate was 68.75%（55/80）, including 2 cases of suspicious cases, after the second imaging suggest positive, accounting for 2.50%. 60 cases of patients（75.00%） underwent surgical treatment, including 55 ectopic mucosal imaging positive and 5 ectopic mucosal imaging negative, accounting for 6.25%（5/80）. Conclusion The characteristic imaging of radionuclide can be used to diagnose pediatric hemorrhage of lower digestive tract with ectopic gastric mucosal imaging.
