激光光凝术治疗治疗眼底病的临床应用及效果评价

摘　　要：目的详细分析激光光凝术在治疗眼底疾病中的临床应用及其效果评价。方法选取2013年1月-2015年1月我院眼科收治的眼底病患者104例,根据治疗方法的差异分为普通治疗组及激光光凝治疗组,比较两组患者采用不同治疗方法后的并发症发生率、总体治疗有效率及患者总满意度。结果所有患者在治疗后半年进行随访患者的并发症发生率对比,普通治疗组为23.1%,激光光凝治疗组为9.6%,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。两组患者的总体治疗有效率对比,普通治疗组为71.2%,激光光凝治疗组为92.3%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。两组患者术后的患者总满意度对比,普通治疗组为67.3%,激光光凝治疗组为96.2%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论使用激光光凝术来治疗各类眼底病,可以有效的降低患者术后的并发症发生率,提高治疗效果,获得更高的患者满意度,在临床实践过程中有优势。Objective The clinical application and evaluation of laser photocoagulation in the treatment of ocular fundus diseases were analyzed in detail. Methods According to the difference of the treatment methods, 104 patients with ocular fundus were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015. The patients were divided into common treatment group and laser photocoagulation group. The complications of different treatment methods Incidence, overall treatment efficiency and overall patient satisfaction. Results The incidence of complications was 23.1% in the general treatment group and 9.6% in the laser photocoagulation group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the two groups was 71.2% in the general treatment group and 92.3% in the laser photocoagulation group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total satisfaction of patients in the two groups was 67.3% in the general treatment group and 96.2% in the laser photocoagulation group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe use of laser photocoagulation to treat various types of ocular fundus disease, can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients, improve the treatment effect, achieve higher patient satisfaction, clinical efficacy in the course of an advantage.
