硅胶胃管在长期鼻饲老年患者胃内留置安全时间的分析

摘　　要：目的对硅胶胃管在长期鼻饲老年患者胃内留置安全时间进行分析。方法选取我院收治的需要长期放置胃管的老年患者80例,根据其入院编号分为实验组和对照组,各40例,对照组4周更换1次,实验组3周更换1次。结果实验组胃管前10 cm位置颜色变化程度低于对照组,P<0.05;实验组反折痕2例,硬度为(69.70±6.00)HA,对照组反折痕25例,硬度(88.87±3.78)HA,P<0.05;对照组患者胃黏膜不良反应发生情况高于对照组,P<0.05。结论对硅胶胃管在长期鼻饲老年患者胃内留置安全时间以3周为适宜。Objective To analyze the safety of indwelling silicone tube in time for aged patients with gastric. Methods 80 elderly patients in our hospital who had long-term placement of gastric tube, according to the admission number divided into experimental group and control group, each of 40 cases, the control group changed 1 times in 4 weeks, the experimental group changed 1 times in 3 weeks. Results The experimental group before the gastric tube 10 cm color change degree position lower than the control group, P〈0.05; the experimental group 2 cases of anti crease, hardness（69.70±6.00） HA control group, 25 cases of anti crease, hardness（88.87±3.78） HA, P〈0.05; the control group adverse reaction in gastric mucosa of patients with high incidence in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The silicone tube in for aged patients with gastric retention time for 3 weeks for safety.
