摘　　要：目的分析责任制护理安全管理措施在CT室检查中的临床应用价值。方法选取96例患者筛选本院治疗的患者;根据随机数字表法将其分组,即试验组(48例)和对照组(48例),分别给予常规护理、责任制护理安全管理,对比两组患者检查效果以及满意度。结果试验组满意度为95.8%,高于对照组的83.4%,P<0.05;该组的不良反应发生率均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论在CT室检查采用责任制护理安全管理效果确切。Objective To analyze the clinical application value of responsibility system nursing safety management measures in the CT chamber examination. Methods 96 patients with the treatment were selected. According to the random number table, the group, namely test group（48 cases） and control group（48 cases）, were given routine nursing and responsibility system nursing safety management, compared the effect and satisfaction of two groups. Results The satisfaction rate of test group（95.8%）, higher than that in control group（83.4%）, P〈0.05; The incidence of adverse reactions in the group was better than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The effect of responsibility system nursing safety management in computerized examination is exact.
