摘  要:本文对大豆蛋白复合纤维与羊毛混纺产品进行定量分析。选择硝酸作为溶解试剂,按照不同的浓度、试验温度、时间这3个因素设计正交试验,从而选出最优的试验条件。试样在浓度为30%的硝酸溶液中,70℃水浴温度下处理20min后,大豆复合纤维充分溶解,剩余羊毛,再经过滤、烘干、称重计算出大豆蛋白复合纤维与羊毛的混纺比,其中羊毛的重量修正系数为0.987。This paper researched the quantitative analysis method of soybean protein composite fiber and wool blended fabric. Select the nitric acid as a solvent reagent, the orthogonal test was designed according to different concentration ratio, test temperature and time, which chooses the optimal test conditions. The sample was treated at a bath temperature of 70 ~C for 20 minutes with 30% nitric acid, as a result, the soybean protein composite fiber was fully dissolved, the residue is only the wool fiber, followed by filtering, composite fiber and wool fiber can be calculated, weight drying and weighting, the blended ratio of soybean protein correction factor of wool fiber in this test is 0.987.
