重性精神病患者社区防治管理创新试点模式探讨

摘　　要：重性精神病患者社区防治管理是以社区为基本单位,建立的一支以重性精神病患者为管理目标的服务性团队。基于原有的社区防治管理模式的种种弊端,对于创新试点模式的探讨势在必行。本文对重性精神病患者社区防治管理现状进行了详细的分析,并且以此为基础深入研究了创新试点模式建设的原因及作用,最后阐述了创新试点模式的内容以及对策,为重性精神病患者更好的防治管理提供了参考。The community prevention and management for severe mental patients is established as the basic unit of the community, serve as the objectives of the service team. Due to the drawbacks of existing community-based prevention and management mode, to explore innovative pilot model is imperative. The model analyzes the current status of community prevention and treatment of severe mental patient management, and on the basis of this,we have studied the reasons and functions of the construction of innovative pilot mode. The innovative pilot mode may provide a reference for better prevention and management and rehabilitation for severe mental patients.
