摘　　要：目的落实国际患者安全目标,确保正确的患者、手术部位和操作方式。方法应用PDCA循环法,随机抽查手术室外有创性操作术前暂停执行情况。结果知情同意书的完整、正确性符合率由69.23%提高到82.61%,P=0.001 3;患者身份正确、手术部位正确、手术方式正确性符合率由76.92%提高到98.55%,P<0.000 1;仪器设备配备符合率由72.40%提高到97.58%,P<0.000 1;核查表签名符合率由76.02%提高到94.20%,P<0.000 1;核查表签署时间由77.02%提高到时94.20%,P<0.000 1,表明抽查结果差异有统计学意义。结论 PDCA循环管理方法彻实可行,使医务人员的执行率大为提高,从而减少甚至杜绝错误手术室外手术事件的发生,保障了患者的安全。Objective To carry out the international patient safety goals, making sure that the right patients, surgical site and operation. MethodsThe application of PDCA circulation method, random inspection operation of outdoor with invasive operation, preoperative pause. Results The complete informed consent, the correctness of coincidence rate from 69.23% to 82.61%, P =0.001 3. Patients＇ identity right, surgical site and correct operation method correctness coincidence rate from 76.92% to 98.55%, P〈0.000 1. Instruments equipped with coincidence rate from 72.40% to 97.58%, P〈0.000 1. Signature verification table coincidence rate from 76.02% to 94.20%, P〈0.000 1. Time check list signed by 77.02% when 94.20%, P〈0.000 1, which indicates that the results difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The PDCA cycle management approach real feasible, make the medical staff are enforced greatly improved, so as to reduce or even eliminate errors surgery outdoor events, to ensure the safety of the patients.
