改良B-Lynch缝合法治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血11例的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察改良B-Lynch缝合法治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床效果。方法选取我院就诊的22例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者,随机分为对照组(传统宫腔填塞法止血)和观察组(改良B-Lynch缝合法)各11例。对比两组止血时间、术中出血量、术后24 h阴道流血量、术后恶露量以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组止血时间、术中出血量、术后24 h阴道流血量均少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良B-Lynch缝合法可有效缩短宫缩乏力性产后出血时间,减少出血量,并发症较少。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified B-Lynch suture method for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia. Methods A total of 22 patients with uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital were randomly divided into control group（traditional packing in uterine cavity） and observation group（modified B-Lynch suture）, each group were 11 patients. The hemostatic time, total blood loss, vaginal bleeding after 24 hours operation, lochia amount after operation and prevalences of complications between the two groups were compared. Results The hemostatic time, total blood loss during operation and vaginal bleeding after 24 hours operation in the observation group were significantly less than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The modified B-Lynch suture method can effectively shorten the time of postpartum hemorrhage, reduce bleeding, fewer complications.
