经皮靶点激光间盘气化减压术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探究经皮靶点激光间盘气化减压术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法抽取2015年6月-2016年6月在我院就诊的100例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行临床研究,随机将患者分为观察组与对照组,各50例,观察组患者接受经皮靶点激光间盘气化减压术治疗,对照组患者接受传统开放式手术方法,观察比对两组患者的临床疗效。结果经治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均较治疗前降低,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组患者经治疗后VAS评分为(3.6±0.9)分,对照组患者经治疗后VAS评分为(4.1±1.3)分,两组患者间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗后,观察组患者的治疗有效率为96.0%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为84.0%。观察组患者的有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者接受经皮靶点激光间盘气化减压术治疗具有临床疗效,恢复时间短,患者疼痛有效的减轻,患者生活质量高,安全可靠有效。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of percutaneous laser target disk decompression in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods Chose 100 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion patients in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were study, patients randomly divided into observation group and control group, the 50 cases in easch group, observation group of patients receiving percutaneous targets between laser disc gasification decompression treatment, control group patients received traditional open surgery method, to observe the clinical efficacy of comparing two groups of patients. Results After treatment, two groups of patients of VAS score had significantly lower than before treatment, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Observation group of patients after treatment for VAS score（3.6±0.9） and the control group after treatment in patients with VAS score（4.1±1.3）, with statistical significance between two groups of patients（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the observation group of patients with the treatment effective rate was 96.0%, the control group in the treatment of patients with effective rate was 84.0%. Observation group of patients with efficient is significantly higher than the control group, with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients received percutaneous lumbar disc prolapse targets between laser disc gasification decompression therapy has significant clinical curative effect, short recovery time, effectively alleviate pain, life in patients with high quality, safe, reliable and effective, and can promote in the clinical.
