直肠癌应用化疗药物氟尿嘧啶植入剂的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的本文旨在探究间质化疗植入剂氟尿嘧啶植入剂(中人氟安)在直肠癌患者手术中的应用效果,及对患者转移率、复发率和生存率的影响。方法选取我院2008年12月-2010年1月住院部76例直肠癌患者作为本次实验研究的对象,拟定不同的临床治疗方案,将所有患者采取随机数字表分成两组,对照组患者仅采取腹腔镜根治术治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上术中植入中人氟安治疗,观察分析两组治疗后并发症情况,随访5年,对比两组患者生存率情况。结果所有患者均成功完成手术,两组患者随访记录发现,实验组与对照组患者术后并发症率均为5.26%,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后对照组患者生存率为68.42%,实验组患者生存率为86.84%,两组患者5年生存率对比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论直肠癌患者术中植入化疗药物中人氟安进行化疗,临床效果良好,可提升患者远期生存率,且不良反应较少,安全性较高。Objective Study the effect of the fluorouracil implants（fluorine ann） in patients with rectal cancer surgery. Methods 76 cases of rectal cancer patients as the research object of this experiment in our hospital from December 2008 to January 2010, develop clinical treatment options and all patients were taken randomly divided into two groups, control group patients only took laparoscopic radical surgery, the experimental group patients in the control group based on the implantation of fluorine ann in treatment, observation of complications in two groups were analyzed after treatment, follow-up of 5 years, survival rates were compared between the two groups. Results The patients were successfully completed surgery, two patients were followed up for records, and the control group of patients with postoperative complications rate was 5.26% in the experimental group, the difference was not statistically significant, P〈0.05, after the treatment group was 68.42% patients, patients in the experimental group survival rate was 86.84%, two groups of patients with 5 year survival rate compared with statistically significant difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion The clinicalefficacy of chemotherapy in the treatment of rectal cancer patients with chemotherapy was good, which can improve the long-term survival rate of patients with rectal cancer, and has less adverse reactions and high safety.
