乳腺癌诊断中核磁检查的临床应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨核磁共振MRI对乳腺癌诊断的临床效果。方法根据2014年5月-2015年5月我院的47例疑似乳腺癌患者进行研究分析,为其提供3.0核磁共振检查,根据病理检查来对乳腺癌诊断符合率进行比较分析。结果病理检查结果表明,全部患者共有26例乳腺癌,占55.32%,有11例病例肿物小于2 cm,15例超过2 cm,MRI结果表明有24例乳腺癌,有8例小于2 cm,符合率是81.82%,15例超过2 cm,符合率100.00%,整体符合率92.31%(24/26)。结论核磁检查在乳腺癌的临床诊断中,准确率比较高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of MRI on breastcancer diagnosis. Methods From May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital 47 cases of suspected breast cancer patients to conduct research and analysis, provide 3 MRI for it, according to the pathological examination according to the diagnosis of breast cancer rates were compared. Results The results of pathological examination showed that all patients with a total of 26 cases of breast cancer, accounting for 55.32% of the total,11 cases were less than 2 cm,15 cases of more than 2 cm, MRI results showed that 24 cases of breast cancer, 8 cases of less than 2 cm, the coincidence rate 81.82%, 15 cases of more than 2 cm, with the overall rate of 100.00%,the coincidence rate was 92.31%（24/26）. Conclusion The accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of breast cancer is high.
