醒脾养儿颗粒治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒感染性腹泻的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨醒脾养儿颗粒治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒感染性腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取西南医科大学附属医院儿科2015年收治的轮状病毒性腹泻患儿142例,根据入院顺序分为对照组(n=72)和观察组(n=70)。对照组患儿入院后给予常规对症治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上给予醒脾养儿颗粒,比较两组患儿腹泻、脱水、体温及大便性状改善时间及住院时间;治疗后3 d,比较两组患儿乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平。结果观察组患儿腹泻、脱水、体温、大便性状改善时间及住院时间短于对照组,LDH、CK、CK-MB水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上采用醒脾养儿颗粒治疗轮状病毒感染性腹泻的疗效确切,可有效缩短病程,改善心肌损伤。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of xingpi yanger granule on rotavirus viral diarrhea infants.Methods A total of 132 cases of infants with rotavirus viral diarrhea were selected from 2015 in Department of Pediatrics,the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University,which were divided into control group（ n = 72） and observation group（ n =70）. The control group was given conventional treatment,and observation group was given xingpi yanger granule on the basis of control group. The improvement time of diarrhea,dehydration,fever and stool symptoms,and length of stay and the level of LDH,CK,CK-MB after treatment of 3 days were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group of improvement time of diarrhea,dehydration,fever and stool symptoms and the length of stay were shorter than control group,the LDH,CK,CK-MB levels were lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Xingpi yanger granule on the basis of conventional treatment have an obviously clinical effect on rotavirus viral diarrhea infants,it can shorten the course of disease and promote the recovery of myocardial injury.
