摘 要:目的对比消毒供应中心使用两种超声波清洗方式清洗医疗器械的效果。方法选择我院消毒供应中心清洗器械4 000把,分为对照组和实验组,对照组保持液面高度不变超声清洗,实验组改变液面高度超声清洗,比较两组清洗质量。结果对照组目测合格数1 885把,ATP检测合格1 796把,实验组目测合格数1 976把,ATP检测合格1 969把,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用变液面法应用于医院消毒供应中心的医疗器械超声清洗工作能够有效提高清洗质量。Objective Compare the effect of two kinds of ultrasonic cleaning methods for cleaning medical equipment. Methods Our hospital disinfection supply center cleaning equipment 4 000, which was divided into control group and experimental group, control group, height of liquid level was kept unchanged in ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning liquid level changes in the experimental group, comparison of cleaning quality. Results The control group took ATP visual qualified number 1 885, qualified 1 796, experimental group 1 976 ATP the number of visual qualified, qualified 1 969, with significant difference(P〈0.01). Conclusion The application of variable surface method in hospital disinfection and supply center of medical equipment ultrasonic cleaning can effectively improve the quality of cleaning.
