优质护理在肝胆外科引流管护理中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的对肝胆外科引流管的护理及并发症防治措施进行分析。方法以我院自2015年2月-2016年2月所接收的肝胆外科放置引流管患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组即观察组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组患者采取常规护理措施,观察组患者采取优质护理,对两组患者的并发症发生情况以及对护理满意度进行对比分析,并提出并发症的防治措施。结果观察组患者并发症发生率(4.00%)低于对照组(26.00%),且观察组患者对护理满意度(94.00%)高于对照组(84.00%),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对肝胆外科放置引流管患者采取优质护理能有效的降低患者并发症的发生率,提高患者对护理的满意度。Objective To analysis the liver and gallbladder surgery nursing of drainage tube and complication prevention measures.Methods Received 100 patients with liver and gallbladder surgery drainage tube placement in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 as the research object,which were randomly divided into the observation group and control group in earch group,50 cases in each group,control group patients with routine nursing measures,observation group of patients taking high quality nursing,complications occurred in two groups of patients and nursing satisfaction for comparative analysis,and complications of the prevention and control measures are put forward.Results The complication rate of observation group of patients（4.00%）is lower than the control group（26.00%）,and the observation group of patients to nursing satisfaction（94.00%） than the control group（84.00%）,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion Adopt high quality nursing in patients with liver surgical drainage tube placement can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with and improve patients satisfaction of nursing.
