无保护助产护理对初产妇自然分娩的干预价值评析

摘　　要：目的分析无保护助产护理对初产妇自然分娩的干预价值。方法选择我院自2015年3月-2016年6月收治的初产妇90例,依据来院先后顺序进行平均分组。接受会阴保护助产的产妇设为对照组,接受无保护助产护理的患者设为研究组,最后对护理效果进行统计。结果两组产妇经不同方法护理后,研究组产妇的产后疼痛程度较对照组轻,产后并发症发生率较同对照组低,组间对比差异具有统计学意义。结论初产妇予以无保护助产护理,对自然分娩起到促进作用,会阴损伤也减轻。Objective To analyze the intervention value of unprotected midwifery nursing on primipara spontaneous delivery. Methods 90 cases of primipara were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to June 2016, and were divided into groups according to the order of hospital. The maternal who received the protection of the perineum was set as the reference group, and the patients who received unprotected midwifery care were set as the study group, and finally the nursing effect was counted. Results The postpartum pain degree of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The incidence of postpartum complication was significantly lower than that of the reference group, and the statistical significance was found after the comparison between the two groups. Conclusion Primiparous unprotected midwifery nursing, to promote natural childbirth, perineal damage will be significantly reduced.
