全面病历质量管理在住院病历质量控制中的作用探讨

摘　　要：目的研究在住院病历质量控制中全面病历质量管理的作用。方法随机选取600例医院病例,依据是否实施全面质量管理,将其随机分成两组,对比两组住院病历控制质量。结果实验组病历评分平均值(99.64±5.64)分、病历缺陷指数(2.23±3.25)%、病历整改率90%均优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将全面病历质量管理应用于住院病历质量控制中,可以显著改善控制质量。Objective To study the role of quality management in the quality control of inpatient medical records. Methods 600 cases of hospital were randomly selected.Based on the implementation of total quality management, they were randomly divided into two groups, comparison of two groups of inpatient medical records quality control. Results The average score of the experimental group（99.64±5.64）, the medical record defect index（2.23±3.25）%, and the medical record rectification rate 90% were better than the reference group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive quality management of medical records is applied to the quality control of inpatient medical records, which can significantly improve the control quality.
