氯米芬和来曲唑在多囊卵巢综合征促排卵治疗中的效果比较

摘　　要：目的随机双盲对照研究克罗米芬、来曲唑在多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍患者中的促排卵疗效。方法选取有生育要求的多囊卵巢综合征患者60例作为研究对象,随机双盲分为两组,分别自月经第5天开始口服来曲唑或克罗米芬。监测排卵状况并记录,根据排卵情况调整下一周期用药。分别促排卵治疗3个周期后,比较两组的促排卵疗效、妊娠率及活产率、流产率,多胎妊娠率,OHSS发生率。结果来曲唑组的子宫内膜厚度、总妊娠率均高于氯米芬组;来曲唑5 mg组的妊娠率、足月分娩率均高于其它组(P<0.05)。结论来曲唑具有与氯米芬相同的排卵率,但是妊娠率明显提高,尤其是来曲唑5 mg组,在今后的促排卵药物选择上,也许可以作为一线药物选择。Objective To compare the efficacy of clomiphene（CC） and letrozole（LE） on ovulation induction in infertile of polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）with randomized double-blind. Methods 60 cases of PCOS received either clomiphene were selected as the study object.According to a randomized double-blind, they were divided into two groups respectively, from the fifth day of menstruation oral letrozole or clomiphene. Compared two groups of rate of pregnancy, abortion rate, multiple pregancy rate, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome rate. Results To the endometrial thickness, letrozole group the total pregnancy rate were higher than that in the clomiphene group; The pregnancy rate and term delivery rate of letrozole 5 mg group were higher than those of other groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Two groups have the same ovulation rate, but the general pregnancy rate of letrozole group, particularly the letrozole 5 mg group, which was obviously higher than the CC group. It is highly possible that LE can be a preferred drug for stimulate ovulation treatment in the future.
