探讨药品合理分类及药品监管制度在医院西药房管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨药品合理分类及药品监管制度在医院西药房管理中的应用效果。方法以我院西药房管理情况为例,观察对比药品合理分类及药品监管制度实施前后药品分类工作失误情况以及患者的满意度,旨在探讨药品合理分类及药品监管制度的应用价值。结果观察组失误发生率、患者满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论药品合理分类及药品监管制度在医院西药房管理中的应用效果突出,能够有效降低工作失误率以及提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of drug classification and reasonable drug regulatory system in hospital pharmacy management. Methods The pharmacy management in our hospital was taken as an example, comparison of drug classification and reasonable drug regulatory system before and after the implementation of the drug classification errors in the work situation and satisfaction of patients, aims to explore the application value of rational drug classification and the drug regulatory system. Results The incidence of errors, patient satisfaction was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of drug classification and reasonable drug regulatory system in hospital pharmacy management is outstanding, can effectively reduce the error rate and improve the satisfaction of patients.
