摘  要:目的观察火针散刺患肢阳经皮部对中风后下肢痉挛的疗效。方法随机抽取我院收治的符合纳入标准的中风后下肢痉挛患者60例作为研究对象。对照组(30例)采用普通针刺+抗痉挛康复治疗;治疗组(30例)采用火针配合普通针刺+抗痉挛康复治疗。均以两周为1疗程,治疗2个疗程后以改良Ashworth痉挛评定表(MAS)、简化的Fugl-Meyer运动量表(FMA)及徒手肌力评定表(MRC分级)为观察指标,比较治疗前后两组患者3个指标的改善情况。结果对照组和治疗组MAS、FMA及MRC指标,与治疗前相比均有明显改善(P<0.05);且治疗组对上述3项指标的改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在中风后下肢痉挛患者的临床治疗过程中,应用普通针康+火针散刺患肢阳经皮部与传统普通针康法均有助于改善各项痉挛指标的评分,如MAS、FMA及MRC,进而对患者的下肢痉挛性瘫痪起到改善作用,而且火针散刺联合治疗较单纯普通针康法的效果更为显著。Objective To observe the efficacy of fire needles scattered needing the Yang meridians cutaneous of spasticity limb after stroke. Methods To select patients with limb spasm after stroke in our hospital, 60 cases of patients were randomly selected as the research object, the research of the control group: 30 cases underwent conventional needle; treatment group: 30 cases of fire needle combined with ordinary needle. In two weeks for a course of treatment, after two courses of treatment with modified Ashworth spasticity assessment scale(MAS), fugl Meyer Motor Scale(FMA) and simplified manual muscle assessment scale(MRC grade) were observed and compared before and after treatment in two groups of 3 indicators to improve the situation. ResultsThe control group and the treatment group on patients with spastic paralysis after MAS, FMA and MRC were significantly improved(P〈0.05); and the degree of improvement of the fire needle group of 3 indexes was higher than control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Fire needle combined with acupuncturerehabilitation treatment is more efficient than acupuncture-rehabilitation treatment in curing hemiplegia spasm after stroke.
