摘　　要：目的探讨强制性使用运动疗法配合头针提高脑卒中患者运动功能的疗效研究。方法 54例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成常规组、CIMT组和头针组,每组各18例。采用Barthel指数评定日常生活活动能力,采用Fugl—Meyer评分法、上肢功能测验评定上肢功能及肢体运动功能。结果三组患者的BI、FMA、UEFT评分显著改善(P<0.05),且CIMT组高于常规组(t=2.026 8、2.384 2、5.902 2,P<0.05),头针组高于CIMT组(t=2.778 5、3.972 7、4.226 4,P<0.05)。结论CIMT结合头针可显著改善脑卒中偏瘫后肢体运动功能。Objective To investigate the effect of constraint induced movement therapy combined with motor function of stroke patients improve scalp acupuncture. Methods 54 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into normal group, CIMT group and scalp acupuncture group, 18 cases in each group. Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel（upper extremity functiontest, UEFT） were used to evaluate the function of upper extremity and motor function of limbs. Results Three groups of patients with BI, FMA, UEFT scores were improved significantly（P〈0.05）, and CIMT group was significantly higher than that of the conventional rehabilitation treatment group（t=2.026 8, 2.384 2, 5.902 2, P〈0.05）, scalp acupuncture group was higher than that of group CIMT（t=2.778 5, 3.972 7, 4.226 4, P〈0.05）. Conclusion CIMT combined with scalp acupuncture can significantly improve limb motor function after stroke.
