加味防己黄芪汤治疗成人原发性肾病综合征的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味防己黄芪汤治疗成人原发性肾病综合征的临床效果。方法选择原发性肾病综合征成人患者86例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组43例采用激素疗法和对症治疗,观察组43例在此基础上加用加味防己黄芪汤。结果治疗后,观察组IL-6、24 h尿蛋白定量低于对照组,IL-10高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味防己黄芪汤具有免疫调节作用,从而显著改善原发性肾病综合征患者的尿蛋白水平。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Fangjihuangqitang in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome in adults. Methods 86 adult patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were selected as the study object and were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group of 43 patients with hormone therapy and symptomatic treatment, 43 cases in the observation group based on the use of Jiawei Fangjihuangqitang. Results After the treatment, the observation group IL-6, 24 h urinary protein quantitation was lower than the control group, IL-10 higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jiawei Fangjihuangqitang has immunomodulatory effects, which can significantly improve the primary nephrotic syndrome in patients with urinary protein levels.
