摘　　要：目的评定水痘活疫苗免疫反应的抗体检测方法。方法选择2016年某一地区监测报告水痘患者,为其接种水痘减毒活疫苗。分别用膜抗原免疫荧光抗体检测试验(FAMA)和ELISA等对患者的血清进行检测。结果 ELISA方法特异性好,但市售试剂敏感性较差,FAMA方法虽然繁琐,但因其较高的敏感性和特异性,更适合于疫苗免疫后的血清学评价。结论水痘病毒Ig G抗体的检测在筛选VZV易感人群、判断个体免疫状况、水痘疫苗免疫效果的评价以及免疫策略的研究、临床诊断等方面均具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the chickenpox vaccine immune response antibody detection methods. Methods Choose an area of 2016 monitoring report varicella patients, for their vaccination of live attenuated varicella vaccine. With membrane antigen immunofluorescence antibody test（FAMA） and ELISA to test the patient＇s serum. Results The specificity of ELISA method is good, but the commercial reagent sensitivity is poorer, FAMA method although trival, but because of its high sensitivity and specificity, more suitable for vaccine after serological evaluation. Conclusion The chicken pox virus Ig G antibody detection in the screening of susceptible VZV, judge the individual immune status, varicella vaccine immune effect evaluation and strategy research, clinical diagnosis is of great significance.
