摘　　要：目的评价血液透析治疗肾病综合征出血热急性肾功能衰竭的效果。方法选取肾病综合征出血热致急性肾功能衰竭患者80例,观察组给予常规治疗,实验组在施以常规治疗的基础上,给予血液透析治疗。结果实验组接受治疗前后的血清肌酐、尿素氮、内生肌酐水平和半年存活率指标优于对照组。结论采用血液透析治疗肾病综合征致出血热急性肾功能衰竭效果显著。Objective To evaluate the effect of hemodialysis on acute renal failure in patients with nephrotic syndrome hemorrhagic fever. Methods 80 patients with acute renal failure caused by hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome（HFRS） were selected. The observation group was given conventional treatment. Results The levels of serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, endogenous creatinine and half year survival rate in the experimental group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion Hemodialysis in the treatment of hemorrhagic fever with renal failure caused by nephrotic syndrome is effective.
