摘 要:无传感器控制技术近年来成为变频器研究领域的热点,无交流电流传感器控制为其中一种方案,其核心为交流电流的重构。在空间矢量控制的过程中电流重构会出现非重构区域,电压矢量无法满足电流重构所需的最短重构时间。本文提出一种坐标变换结合直流滤波的重构处理策略将重构电流进行坐标变换并滤波,再将滤波后的电流还原为三相交流电流,该重构策略可解决非重构区域的电流重构问题,简化了控制系统,提高了系统控制精度。仿真和实验结果验证了重构策略的正确性。Sensorless control strategy becomes a research hotspot in frequency-converter region recently, and the control without AC current sensor is a kind of scheme,whose key issue is to reconstruct the alternating current.Non-recon- struction region of current reconstruction will appear in the process of space vector modulation, where the voltage vec- tor can't meet the minimum required time of current reconstruetion.A novel current reconstruction strategy which combines coordinate transformation and DC filter is proposed, in which the reconstructed current is carried out coordi- nate conversion and filtering and finally reduced to a three-phase alternating current, this reconstruction strategy can solve the problem of non-current reconstruction region, simplify the control system and improve system control preci- sion.Simulation and experimental results verify the correctness of the proposed strategy.
