摘 要:为满足无位置传感器电动助力自行车实际应用中的控制要求,提出一种结合反电动势过零检测和滑模观测器的永磁同步电机(PMSM)无位置传感器矢量控制方法。在低速阶段,采用反电动势过零检测估计电机转子位置;当电机转速达到额定转速的10%时,切换到基于滑模观测器的PMSM无位置传感器矢量控制。该滑模观测器引入Sigmoid函数及锁相环,提高了电机转子位置估计精度和动态性能。实验验证了其有效性和实用性。In order to meet the control requirements of electric power assisted bicycles in the practical application, a novel sensorless vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on sliding mode obse- rver and zero-crossing detection of back electromotive force is proposed.At the low speed stage ,the rotor position is estimated by the zero-crossing detection of back electromotive force, when the motor speed reaches the rated speed of 10%, the control system will switch to sensorless vector control of PMSM based on sliding mode observer.The sigmoid function and the phase locked loop method are adopted in this observer, the rotor position estimation accuracy and dynamic performance are improved.Experiment verify the effectiveness and practicability of the method.
