摘　　要：目的观察临床护理路径在脑出血护理中的效果。方法随机将80例脑出血患者平均分为两组。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上行临床护理路径,观察两组护理效果。结果观察组生活质量评分、知识知晓率及护理满意度等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径可有效改善脑出血患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in nursing of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods We divided 80 cases into two groups, the control group received routine nursing, and observation group used clinical nursing pathway on the basis of routine nursing, comparing efficacy of two groups. Results The Quality of life score, knowledge of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can effectively improve the quality of life of cerebral hemorrhage patients.
