摘  要:随着汽车不断扩大,由此带来的能源与环境问题逐步突显出来,新能源汽车将是未来汽车的发展方向,其充电机系统的效率和并网电能质量越来越受到关注。介绍了一种三电平充电机拓扑结构,给出了经典三电平空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)算法,针对充电机并网电流中存在较大5,7次谐波的问题,提出了采用比例积分谐振(PIR)控制器的谐波电流抑制策略,有效解决了充电机系统中5,7次谐波的问题。在此基础上研制了一台60 kW的三电平充电机样机,实验结果验证了该控制方法的有效性和可行性。With the continuous expansion of car ownership,the energy and environmental problems gradually emerged, new energy vehicle will be the future direction of the development of the car, the efficiency and power quality of the new energy vehicle charger system has attracted more and more attention.A three-level charger topology is introduced and the classical three-level space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) algorithm is given.According to the prob- lem that the charger current exist 5,7 harmonies, a harmonic current suppression strategy using proportion integral resonant(PIR) controller is proposed, the strategy effectively solves the 5,7 harmonic problem in the charging system. On this basis, a 60 kW three-level prototype charging device is developed.The experimental results verify the effec- tiveness and feasibility of the proposed control method.
